Call for Speakers
The Cardinal Chapter of the North Carolina ENA is now accepting speaker proposals for our upcoming Education Day on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, hosted at WakeMed Cary.
We are seeking dynamic, knowledgeable presenters who are passionate about advancing emergency nursing practice. This event brings together emergency nurses, leaders, educators, and interdisciplinary partners committed to elevating patient care and strengthening our professional community.
Topics of Interest
We welcome presentations that support growth, innovation, and excellence in emergency nursing, including but not limited to:
- Clinical updates and evidence‑based practice
- Trauma care and resuscitation
- Behavioral health in the ED
- Leadership, mentorship, and professional development
- Quality improvement and patient safety
- Prehospital and disaster preparedness
- Emerging trends and innovations in emergency care
- Obstetrical emergencies
If you have a topic that inspires, challenges, or equips emergency nurses, we want to hear from you.
Presentation Format
- 30–60‑minute sessions
- Interactive, case‑based, or lecture‑style presentations welcome
